Nuremberg and on the boat

So the bus picked us up in Prague and transferred us to Nuremberg and the boat that will be our home for the next 7 nights and take us to Budapest along the Danube. It took 4 hours and we had a pretty good welcoming dinner and nice entertainment after before settling in and doing the tour of Nuremberg the next morning. I didn't realise the Nazi history before the war but was aware of the war crimes trials after the war finished So there was some cover of that with a look at the Colosseum like 50000 capacity rally centre that was meant to get a roof but was never finished once war began and also the Zeppelin Park where huge rallies were held. These places are not glorified in any way and sit there abandoned with just basic maintenance. Then we saw the Palace of Justice where the war crimes trials were held and these places are still working law courts with the prison out the back. But Nuremberg has a history going back 1000 years and the old parts are very interesting with a well preserved castle and town wall
