I liked this more than the Ring of Kerry and if you like your scenery rugged so will you. We made a paid camp stop at Adrigole after a late afternoon run looking for something still open. The season seems to finish at the start of September!! Anyway nice people and only 23 euros with full power and fulltime hot water so we had deliciously long showers and did the washing. Told about the Beara Pass we did it after catching up with our internet at very friendly Pegs Shop. The start of a fantastic day of rugged scenery going over this pass and then back out around the headland at the cable car at Garinish. This cable car takes visitors over to the island of Dursey which is the scene of another British atrocity against the Irish. It really does depend on whose history you read as to if you get the true story, I guess.
