This place has great waves at Les Huttes but in the Autumn when the swells arrive. At this time of year Le Grand Village Plage get some waves more often but they have put in a bloody 2m height bar a full kilometre back from the beach. OK for cars and small vans but not Mercedes Sprinters with roof racks etc FFFF-----!!! SO we walked in and if we had taken the boards we would have had a wave even though it was onshore. We had a drive up the coast and saw some nice reefs but the swell was smaller the further we went. Checked for a couple of designated "camper van " spots but couldn't find and back at Le Grand Village Plage we were going to pay 6 euros for a spot outside a campground when a couple decided to leave and gave us their ticket. Good one we found a freecamp after all.
